Hyannisport: A possible historical site yet to be confirmed and it’s story

Google Maps claims this as Joe P Kennedy’s house. This is not the compound I saw around 1988. Guessing it was an earlier residence 



The road I discovered in 1988 did not have a private road sign. It had a white stucco wall to the right and sliding wooden gate, not a hedge. Also the road in 1988 doglegged to the left; this one dead ends straight ahead.



This is to the right of the private road. I believe there were homes, so this was not the JFK compound.
