Since the mid 2000s, Coffee At My Table has been a wonderful blog to share the best stories, memories or advice I've come across. As a self-leaner, I want to credit those who said it first. Most of these thoughts come from those who I believe can help move us forward.

Age does something wonderful to you. As I reread some posts, I realized they were outdated, irrelevant or needed more data. So I updated, deleted or amended them. I also linked my original Coffee At My Table (CAMT) blog in the column on the right. When I got locked out of my original blog, I started CAMT2 which is linked as well.

This will be a general blog for now. I realize your time is valuable, so I hope to keep the reads and videos less than five minutes. I will be highlighting these topics randomly. I won't be posting everyday, but only as something relevant comes along such as:

1) The Spiritual; 2) People Who've Made A difference - known or unknown; 3) Health - Body, Nutrition, skin care, et. al.; 4) Pop Culture and World Events; 5) Random thoughts not covered by the other categories.

I hope 2020 has been a growing experience for you, that you know you're loved if you lost anything or anyone, and that 2021 is a great time to take care of you so you can be your best self.
